Stackly maintains intellectual ownership of all proprietary software networks, model chunking frameworks, and deployment code used to run enterprise automation nodes. Clients keep absolute ownership of all raw internal datasets, document repositories, and operational compliance parameters.
We do not guarantee uncompliant third-party API uptime metrics. Real-world model training precision maps directly over client data quality volumes. Stackly is not liable for data inconsistencies introduced by external network layers.
These structural policies comply directly with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any business disputes, resolution proceedings, or contractual audits will be processed inside local courts in Toronto, Ontario.
